Asia Argento, born in Rome to a family that includes directors and actors, was a professional in both fields. Aged nine, Asia made her film debut in the role of Sergio Citti in Sogni e bisogni. The role she played was the main one in Cristina Comencini's Zoo (1988) as well in Michele Soavi's 1989 movie The Church.
